Chinese Food

These are a few food that I encountered while I was in China.

Growing up in New York City, and living very close to Chinatown, I’ve always thought that I was exposed to Chinese food. I have seen hanging dead ducks, cooked pigs chopped into different sections, dried pork blood, and other not so common food choices in the average American supermarkets. So I thought that while I was in China, I would be accustomed to the food, but China was a whole new level that Chinatown in NYC will never meet.
